Any company that makes it easier to do my job by being highly responsive, having a good process, and providing reasonable underwriting is what I need. Cardinal seems to want to close loans—I don’t get that vibe with many others.

Communication all the way through the process is awesome. Automated e-mails at certain stages and solid follow-up from underwriters. Octane is very user friendly and easy to master.
